I have a drafting table that tilts and has adjustable height. Got it used for $35 and has a pedal for height adjustment. One thing about feet and ankles is alignment. If you knees and hips are impacted you might want to see someone about footwear and inserts. Also wearing boots with support for ankles may help instead of shoes.
I solder on my light table which is high so very little bending and I can walk around it. In fact it is now my combo light table / work bench since the baltimore row trailer is small.
