Then, I suppose I will just have to get used to the pain because I find it impossible to sit and foil. Maybe it is due to my height; at just under 5’, I too had tables built to accommodate me. In addition, I find no boredom in any aspect of working with stained glass (including standing and foiling).
There is always so much going on I find working on stained glass gives me a very pleasant, productive escape from the rest of my life. It is my happy place; it gives me pure joy.
The mats I stand on are far from a giving surface.
With all this said, I appreciate your input, Angel, and will try to move more and incorporate a stool in my work habits.
