Yes, saves the time the meeting would otherwise waste. 
I get in cutting moods when I cut a bunch of stuff. I get in grinding/fitting moods. I get in soldering/get something finished moods. Those are all busy moods. Foiling is always relaxing.
Obviously, a deadlined project would be done straight through instead of by the mood.
