It is Fusing Images on Glass by Terrie Banhazl. It is a very thin booklet type book which just has information on using the paper, and also some interesting suggestions on enhancing with enamels. It's not like a book from Brad Walker or LeLonde, but will save you time from making mistakes with this very expensive paper.
