I've been too busy to post. Am in the middle of another semester of oil painting. A few weeks ago, took a class at a wonderful location. Our local prison has been turned into an artist community. Took a 2-day fusing/slumping class there, and am signed up for a 2-day mold making class in January. Am in an artist cooperative so have to have new things done every 2 months. Don't sell as much as I should but it keeps me fully occupied. Taught a very nice lady a little about GlassEye this week and she shared how to use fusible photo paper. Found a used laserjet printer which uses the right type of cartridge and am waiting for the paper to come in. Just finished a 31 inch tall stained glass musician made out of cut/foiled/soldered wine bottle pieces (needed a curve to the glass so it didn't look like the first prototypes which looked like robots!). There is just so much to learn, try out, do, and improve upon. Use Aanraku grinder bits all the time, and try to check out the forum. This was a very active forum until the format changed a couple of years ago. I'm making myself tired.
