acetone as in Nail Polish Remover? I will give it a try, next panel.
Will this technique work after patina-ing the solder lines of the rest of the panel?
I learned at Aanraku:
wash the panel thoroughly with Dawn (scrubbing the zinc very well);
patina entire panel, taking care not to do it for very long;
rinse; dry over night or 24 hours to cure; polish.
Classique Black Patina stayed on.
