The lamp is broken? You came to the right place. I repair them all the time. You don't need a pattern to repair it, just a little knowledge of the copper foil process. Depending on the original cost, if it is badly broken, it may be more economical to buy another. But the process isn't rocket science, just sometimes a bit tedious.
First find matching glass. Then melt and break out the broken piece and melt off the copper foil that was on the broken piece. Try not to disturb the copper foil that is on neighboring pieces, but if you do, just refoil. Hold a small piece of paper inside the lamp shade and against the hole left by the broken piece. Trace the hole and use that as a pattern to cut a new piece. Foil the new piece, slip it into the hole, and solder in place. Repeat until all of the broken pieces are replaced, then patina and clean - you are done!
